Cardiovascular telemetric load system
The detected ECG waves and blood pressure values are telemetrically connected via WiFi transmission to the central unit, which displays, evaluates and stores the measured parameters online. The load on mechanical units (treadmill, bicycle ergometer) is controlled by the central unit using standard (e.g. Bruce, Cooper, etc.) or designable load protocols. The system can be used with CORTEX high quality ergospirometry.
Highlighted benefits of the system
The ECG Transmitter Unit is placed in a breathable, non-irritating, easy-to-wear belt that can be easily attached to the body surface. The belt and the attached disposable mesh facilitate the attachment of the electrodes. This solution allows shape-fit monitoring of ECG waves up to 12 km (6 km without the need for the mesh).
Six windows to monitor the condition of the patient being examined:
- 12 lead ECG waveform monitoring in half-page/full page mode. Individual monitoring of a selected lead.
- Continuous monitoring of heart rate and blood pressure changes.
- Continuous monitoring of the load protocol steps and automatic storage of the steps.
- Morphological variation of the averaged wave of the selected lead (green).
- Continuously adjustable parameters: speed, amplification, ECG waveform display (half page/full page).
Automatic evaluation
- The automatic evaluation (outpatient) report contains the summarised data evaluated on the basis of the online configuration, in tabular and chart format.
- Configured ECG waveform averages per load step are evaluated, stored and printed, along with trends.
- The values can also be printed in tabular form.
Automatic ex-post evaluation
Based on stored primary curve cycles, a new extended ambulance can be created, re-stored and printed.
