Our health depends to a large extent on our lifestyle and the environmental effects. The adverse effects of this dependency may manifest themselves in cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological and psychiatric diseases. The disease that has developed is obvious to everyone, but changes are already starting to take place in the body before the onset. These changes can be diagnosed, stopped or reversed with individually tailored therapy by the system with a skilled professional background. An optimum rehabilitation therapy can be developed following the consequences of the disease that has developed.
The cardiovascular, neuropathic and psychiatric products developed and successfully marketed by our company aim to support this activity.

CPNSS/DB CA-12
Cardiovascular and cardiac neuropathy measurement system
The measurement system is feasible for performing resting ECG forming the basis of cardiovascular examination, as well as blood pressure and pulse oxygen saturation measurements. The data evaluated from the measurement are further analysed by the system to identify abnormalities.
- Conduction disorders.
- Thrombogenic rhythm disturbances.
- Suspected left ventricular wall thickening.
- Suspected coronary heart disease.
- Post-infarction follow-up test.
Based on the evaluation the system prepares a diagnosis proposal. On the basis of these recommendations, the examining cardiologist may decide on further tests (ultrasound, laboratory etc.). Based on this information, the most effective therapy can be tailored to the tested patient. The system can be used to perform the 5 Ewing tests of the cardiac neuropathy test, which reveals the state of the autonomic nervous system.
The system stores the measured ECG waveforms, blood pressure and oxygen saturation data linked to the patient ID. The saved data can be reloaded, evaluated, and exported. The test results can be printed in medical report format.
CPNSS/DB CAN-01
Cardiac autonomic neuropathy measurement system
The autonomic nervous system regulates the functions of our internal organs, but its coordinated functioning can be disturbed by many diseases. The resulting autonomic neuropathy (AN) can lead to dysfunction in any area of the body, which can impair quality of life and life expectancy. Of particular importance is the development of cardiovascular dysregulation, which is characterized by arrhythmia, an increased risk of coronary artery involvement (ultimately myocardial infarction). At the same time, the general state and adaptation of the circulatory system is altered.
One of the most common complications of diabetes is AN, the development of which, in addition to the above, can manifest itself with characteristic symptoms affecting the functioning of many organ systems, such as:
- Fast stomach emptying, diarrhoea.
- Urinary retention disorder.
- Microcirculatory dysregulation.
- Abnormal pupil reactions, dizziness.
Vegetative involvement is well diagnosed in the asymptomatic phase and in the follow-up of the disease. The involvement can be assessed precisely with the 5 Ewing tests (parasympathetic: Deep Breathing, Valsalva, Lying/Standing Heart Rate Response, sympathetic: Lying/Standing, Handgrip (hand muscle grip) Blood Pressure Response). The system scores automatically and the emerging health status is described with a Score value.
The primary and evaluated data are automatically saved in PDF, TXT, CSV format linked to the patient ID. The saved data can be reloaded, evaluated and exported. The results of the test can be printed in the format of medical report.
CPNSS/DB SN-01
Sensory nerve neuropathy measurement system
Sensory nerve fibres, which cover the entire surface of the body, are used to perceive phenomena in the world around us (e.g. sound, light, touch, heat, pain). The classical five senses can be divided into 11 conscious sensory modalities. Damage to sensory nerve fibres from any cause can result in a significant deterioration in quality of life. In many cases, these impairments are the first noticeable symptoms of disease.
Sensory neuropathy can also develop as a complication of chronic diseases. These abnormal neurological changes are most often triggered by diabetes and other endocrine diseases, obesity, chronic alcohol abuse, or cancer (or some of the drugs used to treat it). The symptoms of the disorder develop slowly and take years to become firmly established, and can include:
- Formication.
- Extreme sensitivity to different sensations.
- Painful sensation of normally non-painful stimuli.
- Pain independent form external stimuli.
- Burning sensation.
The system is suitable for testing all sensory fibres using pulses of emitted sinusoidal current. The test is carried out at three fixed frequency ranges (thick myelin sheathless fibre 5Hz, thick myelinated fibre 250Hz, thin myelinated fibre 2000Hz) with manually adjustable current (0.01 – 9.99mA). The software gives the current values in clinically accepted CPT values (1CPT = 0.01mA).
The primary and evaluated data are automatically saved in PDF, TXT, CSV format linked to the patient ID. The saved data can be reloaded, evaluated, and exported. The results of the test can be printed in the format of medical report.
SN-01B
Quick testing of sensory nerve fibres
SN-01B provides an efficient and quick diagnostic option, preserving the high test standards of the CPNSS/DB SN-01 system.

CPNSS/DB SS-DA
Stress/anxiety measurement and evaluation system
The basis for the diagnosis developed is the sympathetic/parasympathetic responses of the gastrointestinal (GI) region to stress. These responses can be detected based on the myoelectric (EGIG) wave activity of the organs in the region (e.g., stomach, small intestine).
Additional physiological parameters are measured simultaneously to verify the response:
- Myoelectric waves (EGIG)
- ECG (Lead I).
- Skin temperature (THB).
- Galvanic skin response (GSR).
- Respiratory rate – optional (RR)
- Clinical validation by applying the protocol of „TRIER” Social Stress test”.
- The dual-function (24-hour Holter/WIFI telemetry) is placed in a disinfectable carrier vest with minimum physical burden.
- Display in 8 channels: 2x 4 channel distribution, with a 12-step time-based setting (2 sec. – 5:33:20) per 4 channels.
